About Buddies Scheme

The name of the Scheme carries the idea behind of the whole project – to build companionship between the community and the members of the MPS & Rare Genetic Diseases Mutual Aid Group.

Lives of members with MPS or other rare genetic diseases are highly restricted by their sickness. Sadly, medical treatment is something that is beyond their reach, they need over millions of dollars per year to get the medical treatments.

The Buddies Scheme serves a very good “bridge” for the community and patients to know more about each other.
